8 oz. spaghetti
5 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
3 C. Chicken broth
1 C. light cream (I use heavy cream-either one works well)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 C. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 C. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9 x 13 baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook spaghetti according to directions. Drain and set aside. On medium heat, melt butter in a large saucepan. Stir in flour and cook until browned. Add broth and cream. Cook until thick and bubbly. Add salt, pepper, spaghetti, mushrooms, green pepper, and chicken to sauce. Mix together. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
