2 pounds yukon gold potatoes
2 pounds sweet potatoes
1 1/2 cups Sour Cream

Directions:

Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Put in a saucepan and cover with salted water to an inch above potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes until easily pierced by a knife. Drain well and return to pot. Put pot with drained potatoes on low heat and cook one minute to evaporate excess water. Mash potatoes with potato masher or fork until smooth, then stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
