3 c Bisquick
10 oz. grated cheese
1 ib. breakfast sausage
Directions:
Directions:
Allow the cheese and sausage to come to room temperature. Mix all ingredients together. Form into 2 in. diameter balls. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes.
These may be frozen in baggies after cooling. Heat frozen at 300º for 10-15 minutes.

Mama Dot would make these every Christmas. There were so many people and she was busy preparing an amazing dinner for us. So these were really easy to just pop in the oven for a quick, easy breakfast.
