1¼ c sifted cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¾ c fine granulated sugar
¼ c oil
⅓ c orange juice
3 egg yolks
½ tsp lemon extract
1 tsp orange rind
3 egg whites
¼ tsp cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients, except egg whites and cream of tartar until smooth. Beat egg whites with cream of tarter until very stiff. This is very important. Fold first mixture into egg whites blending carefully.Bake in ungreased 8" tube or square pan. 350ºF for about 35 minutes.

Suspend inverted cake pan and allow to cool completely before removing. Like angel food.
