1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
4-6 inch flour tortillas
1 4oz. can taco sauce
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tbls. butter
2 tbls. flour
1 tsp.instant chicken bouillon granules
2/3 cup water
2 tbls. chopped canned green peppers
1/3 cup sour cream

Directions:

1. Cook beef and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain off excess fat. Stir is salt; divide meat onto tortillas. Top each with about 1/4 of taco sauce and 1 tbls. of cheese. Roll up; place seam side down in a 10x 6 inch baking dish.
2. In saucepan melt butter. Blend flour and chicken bouillon granules. Stir in water. Cook and stir until thickens and bubbly. Stir in chili peppers. Gradually stir about half the hot mixture into sour cream, return to remaining mixture in saucepan. Pour over tortillas in baking dish.
3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 15 min.; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese melts, about 5 more min.
