1 pound shrimp (deveined, tail on)
2 eggs
1 lime
2-3 cup flour
1-2 cup coconut flakes
1-2 pints cooking oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
sweet sour sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the shrimp shell, keep the tail, wash the shrimp then dry it with paper towel. Mix it with salt, sugar, black pepper and the lime juice. Keep in the refrigerator for ½ - 1 hour.
Take the marinated shrimp out. Get just the egg yolks, beat them and mix it well with the shrimp.
Have the flour in a plate and coconut flakes in another one. Roll shrimp all over in flour, then in coconut flakes one at a time until it covers with coconut flakes. Bring cooking oil to boil. Deep fry shrimp until it turns golden brown. Serve with sweet sour sauce. Yummy!
