Peach Cobbler Recipe

1 c Flour
⅓ c Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
tsp. Salt
c Milk
3 c peeled fresh or frozen peaches

2 c Water
c Sugar
c Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Butter

Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
Stir in the milk just until combined; fold in peaches
Spread into a greased 8 inch square baking dish

Combine the water, sugars, butter and bring to a boil, stirring until sugars are dissolved
Pour over the top

Bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes or until filling is bubbly and a toothpick inserted in topping comes out clean

Serve warm or cold with cream or ice cream
