1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts (cubed)
4 tbsp. butter
1 onion (diced)
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. long grain white rice
1/2 heavy cream
1/2 parmesan cheese
1 glove garlic
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet melt the butter, saute onion & garlic. Add the chicken to the pan and season with salt, pepper, & garlic. Add chicken broth and rice and stir to combine. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heatr to medium low. Simmer until rice is tender, 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat stir in cream and parmesan.
