1½ lbs. chicken breasts boned and skinned.
⅔ cup parmesan cheese grated.
1 cups packaged herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
¼ cup fresh or dried parsley falkes.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crushed stuffing mix, cheese, and parsley.
Dip chicken in water to moisten, and roll in cheese, stuffing and parsley mix.
Place in baking dish sprinkle remaining over chicken.
Bake @ 350 for 35 min.
