1 - 15 oz. can drained & chopped artichoke hearts (water packed)
A couple cloves of minced garlic
3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (could be marinated ahead of time in Italian dressing)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix together artichoke hearts, garlic, cheese, mayo, and pepper. Place chicken in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoning (Grill Mates Chicken Seasoning). Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center, approximately 40 minutes.

Could serve with noodles and a crusty bread.
