3 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. round steak or sirloin
1 medium onion
2 large garlic, minced
½ tsp. pepper
2 cups fresh spinach
4 cups beef broth
2 cups V8 juice
2-14 oz. can Italian stewed tomatoes
¾ cups macaroni pasta
1-16 oz.can kidney beans
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 beef bouillon cubes
Grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in butter, add onion, garlic, pepper, and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts. Add Broth, V8 juice and tomatoes. Bring to a boil add macaroni cook 5 min. stir often.
Reduce heat, add beans, brown sugar and bouillon.
Cook until noodles are tender.
Garnish with parmesan cheese.
