3 c. Rice Krispies cereal
3 c. quick oats
1 c. peanut butter
¾ c. honey
½ c. cocoa powder
½ c. butter
½ c. coconut oil
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper (with parchment sticking out over the sides so you can lift the mixture from the pan).

2. Mix together Rice Krispies and oats in a large bowl.

3. Add remaining ingredients to a medium saucepan and mix over low heat until combined. Remove from heat. Pour sauce over rice and oats and mix well with a spatula.

5. Transfer mixture to 9x13 pan. Wet hands with water and spread the mixture evenly in the pan, then press it down firmly.

6. Cool in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Remove from fridge and pull mixture out of pan and place on cutting board. Cut into 1x1 inch squares. Store in a Ziploc or sealable container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
