1 whole chicken cooked in 1½ quarts water
1 tbsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp poultry seasoning
1 chicken bouillon cube
3 heaping tbsp flour
¼ c milk
1¾ c grated cheese

Crust:
1 c self-rising flour
3 tbsp oil
½ c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until tender in water and salt. Debone chicken and cut into small pieces.

Place chicken back into broth and add pepper, poultry seasoning and bouillon cube. Mix flour and milk together and add to broth. Add grated cheese and stir well until melted. Pour into 9 x 12 inch casserole dish.

For the crust, thoroughly mix flour, oil and milk. Turn out on floured wax paper and roll it into a ball. Roll out the dough with rolling pin to fit the top of the casserole dish. Place dough on top of casserole.

Bake at 450º for 10 minutes.
