2 pound Pork tenderloin/roast
1 tsp ground sage
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 crushed garlic clove
½ cup water
½up brown sugar
1 TB cornstarch
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water into crock pot.
Rub meat with seasonings, put into crock pot & cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours

Mix remaining ingredients in a small saucepan & simmer until thickened.
(Glaze gets very thick & sticky, almost bitter, if cooked too long!!)

On the last hour of cooking start brushing glaze onto meat (mixing with juice from meat gives more flavor to a gravy, if you wish

OR FOR A MORE CARMELIZED CRUST:
remove from crockpot, place on an aluminum lined baking sheet, brush with the glaze & set under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes until bubbly & carmelized. Repeat 2 or 3 times until desired crust is achieved

Serve remaining glaze on the side or mix with strained au jus for a tasty gravy
