1 1/2 cups cooked rice ... 2 cups milk ... 2 eggs
1/2-3/4 cup sugar ... 1 T. vanilla ... pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 325º. In large bowl, add eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, salt, cinnamon & nutmeg. Beat till mixed well then add rice and continue to mix well. Pour into baking dish and cook for 30 mins. uncovered. Take out and stir from the bottom. Then let cook another 30 mins. Serve warm.

Grandma always served this with a mixture of milk, sugar and nutmeg, all to taste. Then pour over your warm pudding. Classic Comfort!
