1 (12.5 oz.) can chicken, drained (example: Swanson's)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Two pizza pans
Parchment paper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs together. Season to taste (with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasonings, etc. )
Mix together to form a dough-like consistency.

Spread/pat out pizza pan covered with parchment paper.
Bake on 350º for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven.
Cover second pizza pan with parchment paper.Place second pan on top of pizza
Flip onto second pizza pan.
Remove parchment paper.
Season with a thin layer of pizza sauce, mozzarella and any desired pizza toppings.

Bake at 500º until top is lightly brown, 8-10 minutes.

Pizza is also great cut into pizza sticks and served with pizza sauce or ranch dressings.
