2 frozen pie crusts (or you make your own)
1 can (30 oz) of Pure Pumpkin
1 1/2 cans (18 oz) evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
6 oz Fireball Whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to the temperature required for the pie crusts

2. Bake the pie crusts according to directions.

3. Remove the crusts and let them cool. Then set your oven to 325 degrees

4. Crack the eggs in a bowl. Whisk and mix in sugar, salt, ginger, cloves, pure pumpkin, condensed milk and whiskey.

5. Divide the mixture between the two pie crusts.

6. Cover the pies and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Then remove cover and cook another 25-30 minutes

7.Check with toothpick to see if it's done. Cool and serve
