Ingredients:  
1 lb. flank steak, slices into thin strips (or other thin steak)
3 cloves minced garlic ... 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
2 T. sesame oil, if not use vegie oil ... 1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce ... 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup beef broth ... 4 cups broccoli florets
2 T. cornstarch ... 2 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
In oiled skillet, sear steak on med-high heat until cooked well (it doesn't take long). Remove from pan. Add a little more oil, if needed, saute garlic and ginger till soft. Add soy sauce, honey, brown sugar and beef broth. Still until combined. Add broccoli.
In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and water. Add to broccoli mixture - bring to boil until sauce has thickened. Add beef back into mixture till all heated and mixed. Serve over rice.
