1 lb. hamburger ... 2 cloves minced garlic
15 oz. can tomato sauce ... 2 cups shredded cabbage
5 tsp. beef bouillon ... 1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil ... 1 cup diced onion, celery, carrots each
16 oz. can tomatoes ... 15 oz. can red kidney beans, undrained
2 cups water ... 1 T. parsley ... 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 cup macaroni ... Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and drain. Add all ingredients except cabbage, macaroni and cheese. Bring to boil - lower heat, cover and simmer 20 mins. Add cabbage and macaroni. Simmer until done. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Serves 12.

I do add more water since the cabbage and macaroni will absorb the liquid while cooking.
