pork ribs
1 can sauerkraut
salt and pepper
loaf of old bread, cubed or torn
3 or 4 eggs
½ stick margarine
½ tsp. baking powder
milk (if needed to moisten)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bake ribs in oven.
2. About one hour before ribs are done add sauerkraut.
3. Mix other ingredients together and form into balls.
4. Put on top of ribs and sauerkraut about ½ hour after adding the kraut.
5. Bake a llfor another ½ hour.
6. Ganadel (dumplings) should be fluffy and fairly dry.
