1 lb ground beef
1 can re-fried beans
1 package taco seasoning
1/2 can tomato sauce
shredded cheese (sharp or mild)
corn tortillas
Directions:
Directions:
- brown ground beef and drain the grease
- add re-fried beans, taco seasoning and tomato sauce
- mix together
- layer the corn tortillas in a casserole dish, standing up
- spoon mixture into the shells
- sprinkle shredded cheese on top
- cook on 375º for 10 minutes
