1 3lb. Chuck roast
1. 1/2 c. Tomato juice
1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. sugar
1/2 t. Basil
1/2 t. Thyme
1/4 t. Pepper
6 onions, cut up
1c. Carrots, chopped
1/2 c. Water
1/4 c. Flour

Directions:

Mix marinade and pour over roast. Place in zippered bag
marinade over night.
Place in crockpot for 6 hours or more.
