3 c. whole oats
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. honey (or 1/2 c. honey & 1/2 c. maple syrup)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flax seed
Can add mini chocolate chips, coconut flakes, craisins, raisins, dates if you'd like.

Mix all ingredients well. Put wax paper into the bottom of a 8x8 or 7x10 pan, then press mixture into bottom. Cut into bars of your choice size. Freeze pan for at least an hour. Can remove the bars from the pan by lifting out the wax paper. Put into a sealed container and keep in the freezer.
