1 Can of Creamed Corn (undrained)
1 Can of Corn
1 Box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
2 Large Eggs
1 Stick Melted Butter
2-3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 13x9 baking dish. Combine all but half of the cheese in a bowl. Pour into baking dish. Bake 35-40 minutes (until center is set and casserole is slightly golden). Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 5-10 more minutes. (I don't use any cheese).
