1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
1 T flour
1 T cider vinegar
1 egg
8 oz Cool Whip
4-5 cups Granny Smith apples, cut in small pieces (do not peel)
1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts, divided

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan mix sugar, pineapple with juice, flour, vinegar and egg. Heat on medium until thickened. Pour into large mixing bowl, chill. When mixture is cold, cut apples and fold into mixture. Fold in Cool Whip and half cup nuts. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top. Chill and serve.
