3 eggs (room temperature)
1 1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat muffin tins with grease in, until hot. Beat room temperature eggs well, then add milk and salt. Beat well. Add flour and beat until bubbly. When muffin tin is hot pour batter in 1/2 full. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes. They should be puffed up and browned.
