1 cup thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cup cooked rice
1 teaspoon La Choy soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
2 ½ cup chopped mixed vegetables, (use your favorite)
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 cup any La Choy’s All-purpose sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Rinse and set aside. In a small bowl, combine sliced chicken, soy sauce and seasoning salt. Mix well. In a large skillet, heat 1 ½ tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir fry chicken in skillet until it turns brown. Remove and set aside. Add vegetables, black pepper and rice. Mix with chicken. Stir and mix well. Cook for about 30 minutes.
