Egg roll wrappers
Claussen garlic dill pickle spears - brand is important here, Claussen brand is the best.
Havarti cheese
Fry oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut havarti slices into pieces as wide as the pickle spears. Dry each pickle spear with a paper towel before assembling. Place a pickle spear on the egg roll wrapper, add a piece of havarti, then wrap tightly without ripping the wrapper. Seal the edges with water. Deep fry, let cool a little before eating as they hold their heat.
