1 Lg Head Cabbage
1 c Vinegar
2 c Granulated Sugar
1/4 c Water
1 tsp Celery Seed
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Salt
1 Mango (soft)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shredded cabbage, carrot, mango & 1 tsp salt & let sit for 1 hour.
Bring vinegar, sugar, & water to a boil for 2 min and cool then mix with cabbage.

60# Cabbage serves 500 ppl
30# Cabbage serves 250 ppl
15# Cabbage serves 125 ppl
8# Cabbage serves 62 ppl
