2 can Salmon
1 medium Onion
2 Crackers Crumbs
1 Egg
about 1/4 c Evaporated milk (until it sticks together)
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Flake salmon with fork add crackers crumbs, egg, mix until fine crumbs, add a little milk until it sticks together and season with salt & peper. Bake in oven at 350º about 35-40 min until brown.
