1 stick butter
1/3 cup vinegar
medium onion chopped
1/4 cup water
salt & pepper
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp mustard
1 cup sugar
1 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, vinegar, onion, water and salt & pepper in a medium saucepan.
Cook until onions are clear
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1/2 hour.

1 Tablespoon onion powder can be used instead of the onion.
