6-8 thin sliced pork chops
2 onions, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper
1 large can sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
Water, as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops well, put aside
Sauté onions and garlic until golden brown. Add the washed and well drained sauerkraut to the onions and stir up well then add the pork chops. Cover pan and slowly cook until chops are tender. Add water sparingly as needed, the chops and Kraut really only need to steam and fry until done.
