½ lb. white bread or rolls, cubed
4 eggs
½ cup flour
½ cup milk
6 Tbs. butter
½ cup cubed fried bacon
½ Tbs. chopped parsley
½ Tbs. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and milk and pour over cubed bread. Let soak ½ hour. Melt butter, fry bacon pieces and parsley, and add to bread mixture. Add flour to this and mix well. With wet hands form round dumplings from mixture and roll them neatly in flour before placing them in salted water. Cook about ½ hour.
