2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 package dried beef
2 pieces of toast

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine in a medium sauce pan. Stir in 2 tablespoons of flour to form a paste and cook for about 1 minute. Slowly add 1 cup of milk and combine mixture with a whisk to incorporate the milk into the paste and eliminate lumps. Add 1 package of chipped beef and stir into the sauce. Cook until sauce thickens and is bubbly, stirring constantly. Serve over toast.
