2 cups onions, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
1/2 cup butter
4 cups toasted bread, finely crumbled
4 cups corn bread, finely crumbled
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sage
2 tsp poultry seasoning
4 lg eggs, beaten
turkey broth
Directions:
Directions:
- melt butter in a skillet
- add onions and celery
- cook till tender
- combine bread and corn bread in a large bowl
- add onions, celery, cooking liquid, sage, salt, pepper and seasoning
- mix really good
- add enough turkey broth to make the mixture very moist
- stir in eggs
- place in a large baking pan
- bake on 400º until browned, about 40 minutes
