1 1/2 cups of butter, at room temperature. (3 sticks)
4 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
3 - 4 tablespoons heavy cream
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together in a mixer on high speed until the butter is white and it is fluffy.
