9 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º.

In large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour in greased 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake 30-40 minutes or until done.
