1 c margarine
3 c white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
6 c chopped rhubarb
2 c sour milk
2 tsp soda
4 c flour

Mix in order given. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with 1 c brown sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon, mixed. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Mom and Dad used to grow their own rhubarb. They had big beautiful plants. We would often go out and pick our own stalk, get a cup of sugar and then dip the rhubarb in the sugar and eat it.
