1 ½ tbsp. baking soda
1 litre of water
2 tbsp dish soap
1 tbsp vegtable oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in spray bottle
Spray effected plants in the morning or evening- out of the direct sun
Continue treatment once per week until gone.
