2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted
3 tablespoons sugar
2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding (3.4oz)
1 1/2 cups milk
1 quart softened vanilla ice cream
1 large container Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the Ritz crackers, margarine and sugar. Press all but 3/4 cup into a 9 x 13“ pan. Whip vanilla pudding and the milk together. Add in the softened vanilla ice cream. Spread on the crust. Spread on a big container Cool Whip. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator
