1 Package Oreo double stuff cookies
1 package cream cheese, softened
1/2 package of Almond bark chocolate squares ( found at Walmart in baking section )
1/2 tablespoon Crisco shortening
Sprinkles for decorations

Directions:
Directions:
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Pulverize cookies in a food processor. Combine crumbs with 4/5 of the cream cheese and mix by hand. Roll into 1 inch balls.
Break chocolate in half and melt in microwave 30 seconds at a time. Once melted, add Crisco and blend in. Dip Oreo balls in chocolate with a fork or a toothpick. Drain excess chocolate and placed on wax paper. Sprinkle on sprinkles. Continue with remaining.

You can also try sprinkling other things if you want to get fancy - nuts or coconut. This would work better with two people. One could dip and the other could do the sprinkling before the chocolate sets up.
