2 1/2 cups rice
5 eggs
2 or 3 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 pkg. egg roll wraps
1 jar general taos sauce
1 jar teriyaki sauce
1/2 head of cabbage chopped
1/8 cup soy sauce
3 Tbls buttermilk
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Ginger
Turmeric
Onion powder
Butter
2 cups flour
Oil
1 12 oz bag mixed vegetables ( corn,peas,green beans, carrots)
2 cups chopped ham

Get ready to make a mess but oh so yummy when done.

Make 2 1/2 cups rice. Put cooked rice in freezer for 1 hour.

Mean while cut up 2 or 3 skinless chicken breast into bite size pieces. Get your oil hot
Beat 2 eggs and 3 tbsp spoons butter milk. 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp turmeric together in bowl.
In second bowl mix 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp ginger .
Soak chicken in egg mixture. Remove from egg mixture and place on plate let set for
A couple minutes.
Once oil is up to temp 350Degrees. Place chicken pieces into flour coats
Well and place in oil fry till golden brown remove and place on paper towel
Covered plate. Repeat till all chicken is done. Let cool for 5 min.


While chicken is cooking place pat of butter in pan and 3 beaten eggs
In wok cook till not runny and are moist scramble remove set aside
Place ham in wok and fry till heated through. Place bag of mixed vegetables
Wok with ham heat till tender and heated through add 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper
Once heated add cooled rice mix in. Add 1/8 cup Soy sauce and 1/8 cup of teriyaki
Sauce. Fold in scrambled egg. Keep on simmer. In separate pot add
1 jar of general taos sauce and 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce mix well heat over med
Heat till bubbly. Mix 1 Tbls corn starch and 1 Tbls water in cup and add to
Sauce. Heat till bubbly. Add chicken to sauce mix. Reduce heat to simmer
Leave simmer while making egg rolls.

Remember to still rice and chicken occasionally while frying egg rolls.

Cut up half of a head of cabbage into small pieces. Place in a bowl. Add a cup
And a half or 2 cups of rice mixture to cabbage. Mix well.
Take egg roll wraps place nice spoonful of mix in wrap. At angle fold in corners
And rolls. Use water on finger to seal edges. Fry in oil till golden brown.
Take out let excess oil drip out then place on paper towel covered
Plate. Repeat until all egg rolls are done.

Place egg rolls. pork fried rice and chicken on plate and enjoy.
