¼ c. butter, melted
½ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 egg
½ c. milk
1½ c. oats (quick or old-fashioned)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Cream butter, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix in egg and milk. Fold in oats. Bake in 8" x 8" glass baking dish for 30 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Serve with banana slices or fresh berries on top and with warm milk to pour on top. Serves 6-8.
