2 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 dash pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozza cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except olive oil and cheeses in mixer. Mix until smooth and elastic. Lightly oil a bowl, and place dough in bowl. Cover, and let rise in warm place for 25 minutes. Punch dough down, and place on greased baking sheet. Pat dough into 1/2" thick rectangle. Using your knuckles, make indentations in dough, then prick dough with fork.

Brush top with olive oil, then sprinkle with cheeses.

Bake at 450º for 13 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
