2 Tbl liquid smoke
1/3 cup Worstchester
Splash of oil
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Montreal steak seasoning (generously)
Beau Monde seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
Marinate over night.

Brown beef in pressure cooker.

Add liquid, and more Montreal seasoning and pressure cook for 90 minutes.
Use natural release of pressure.

Slice meat and pile on toasted rolls.

Use juices for dipping
