2 T olive oil...
1 copped onion...
2 cloves garlic, sliced...
1/4 t red pepper flakes...
Salt and fresh ground pepper...
1 small bunch kale, washed, stems removed and chopped...
1 can, 15 oz., cannelloni beans, drained...
3/4 cup of chicken stock...

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat...
When hot add the onion and garlic sauté for 3 minutes or until tender...
Add the red pepper flakes and salt and pepper, stir until fragrant...
Add the kale and sauté untilit cooks down slightly, add thebeans and chicken stock, cover and let cook for 7 to 9 minutes..
Serve and enjoy!
