3 T unsalted butter, melted...
1 T dark brown ...
1 T dried, crumbled Rosemary...
1/2 T dried, crumbled tarragon...
1/2 t cayenne pepper...
1 1/2 t salt, plus more for sprinkling...
3 cups unsalted extra fancy mixed nuts, I use Kirkland brand, I get at Costco...

Preheat oven to 350º, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper...
Melt butter and dark brown sugar in a 2 cup heat-proof glass measuring cup in a microwave and stir to dissolve the sugar...
Add the rosemary, tarragon,cayenne pepper and salt...
Put nuts in a large bowl and gently pour in the melted butter mixture, as you toss the nuts, making sure you coat all of them...
Spread the nuts on the baking sheet and be sure they are in a single layer, now place in oven until they become glazed, about 20 minutes, while in oven glazing you must stir them at least one time during the cooking process....
Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1/2 t of salt...
Can serve warm or at room temperature...

I put in a small cupcake liner and let the guests help themselves...
