3-3/4 cups (1 lb box) powdered sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
3-4 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with mixer at low speed. Beat at medium speed for 1-2 minutes until creamy.
Add a few drop of milk if necessary to make to spreading consistency.

Makes enough to frost a 2-layer cake, a 9 x 13 inch sheet cake, or 24 cupcakes.
