2-3 lbs beef roast
1 can Coca Cola
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Place roast in bean pot and top with the Coke and soup.
Cover and bake for 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
Makes great gravy.

Variations:
Use pork roast or turkey breast and your favorite cream soup.
Add carrots, celery and potatoes for a pot roast dinner.
