1 lb. ground beef
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
¼ c. onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
⅔ c. breadcrumbs

Piquant Sauce:
3 T. Brown sugar
¼ c. ketchup
¼ tsp. nutmeg (optional)
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Combine all ingredients, adding breadcrumbs gradually.

Place in loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, top with piquant sauce and bake another 15 minutes.
